Middle School Gym Construction

Atlas currently only has one gym to serve the sports and physical education needs of 1225 students. There is not the space for the robust and consistent physical education programming our students deserve. Middle school PE and practices are held in a cafeteria without the appropriate equipment to build a quality team, as the high school team gets priority on the existing space. There is not space to expand sports offerings to meet students with athletic goals not reflected in current offerings. There is not space to hold quality practices with multiple teams competing for the same space. Atlas has high needs to grow into a new gym to meet the needs of all students.
