As a true Sagittarian, I’m drawn to adventure, optimism, and the joy of building authentic relationships— qualities that reflect the spirit of Local Theater Company.  

For my December birthday, I invite you to celebrate with me by supporting Local– a nonprofit theater organization that’s been close to my heart for many years. Please join me in advancing a vital mission: nurturing storytelling and arts education to help build a stronger, more connected global community.

A contribution in any amount helps amplify new voices, preserve cultural heritage, and foster empathy, understanding, and civic engagement. Your gift empowers Local to continue sharing compelling stories and transformative educational experiences with communities across Colorado– and beyond. 

Since 2011, Local’s developed 67 new plays and produced 19 world-premiere productions! We're proud to be an Actors’ Equity Association (AEA) Small Professional Theatre (SPT), a designation that reflects our commitment to hiring local, professional talent at union rates. 

LocalWRITES, a bilingual playwriting residency for Title 1 middle school students, is uniquely structured to promote literacy, inspire original writing, and increase self-esteem. And this year, we’ve successfully expanded the program to embrace adult learners!

At Local Theater Company, we believe the arts are essential to an informed and engaged society. Through arts education, we equip individuals with the tools to think critically, embrace diverse perspectives, and express themselves freely.
