The Black Excellence Plan uplifts the excellence of Black and African American students, prioritizing and targeting their academic achievement. Part of the DPS Black Excellence Initiative, we create and support individual, family, school, and community capacity to improve the lives young people of color. We build skills and confidence in our members with academic and social support, guidance and community building.
