Membership in the Blue Knight's World Percussion Ensemble indicates that an individual is an extremely talented percussionist, is disciplined, and possesses teamwork and leadership skills.

The ensemble performs in local competitions in preparation for the World Championships held at Dayton, Ohio in mid-April, when the group competes against the best of the best in the field.

The Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble was established in 1993 as an indoor activity for young percussionists in Colorado. The percussion skills taught in the ensemble enables many of the members to compete for positions in the drum corps. The Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble is the longest continually operating Independent World Class Percussion Ensemble in the world. As such, it has been a staple of the activity for many years, and a place where young adults come together and excel in music, building upon the life transformational legacy of the 22 years of members who marched with the Blue Knights World Percussion Ensemble. We would love to have your support in perpetuating this legacy for years to come! The group has earned four World Championships.

Although the organization has planned for possible inflation, many areas of our budget, such as rehearsal facilities, rental of vehicles to move our instruments, or uniforms have been affected by increasing prices. We need your help to ensure that the group will receive quality experiences to be able to compete in the World Championships.

We are asking for a $25 donation, a dollar for each year! Your help will be appreciated!
