BRRC Defends Bullied Children and Helps Rebuild Lives
Bullying Recovery Resource Center (BRRC) will showcase our life-saving advocacy work with the 2024 TANK. We are truly unique in our work as our organization serves families in the middle of crisis and finds tailored solutions that best work for the child who is the target of bullying. There are many anti-bullying organizations that provide education and assemblies but don’t provide services once the act of bullying has started. We provide wrap-around support to defend the bullying target and work to establishing a safe environment where the child can learn.
BRRC has learned from the students we have served that they feel heard, supported and ultimately safe. With our support, they can begin their journey of recovery from the bullying trauma. To date, none of the youth we have worked with have died by suicide. We know our advocacy work is vital to the health and recovery of the families we empower and serve. BRRC provides expertise, advocacy, resources, education and ultimately HOPE to the families we assist.
Contributions received from the Tank will bring hope to families seeking advice, expertise and advocacy and also ultimately will save lives of Colorado adolescents deeply impacted from bullying.
