Help Grant Bucket List Dreams

Project Sol Flower grants bucket list dreams for 18-26 yr. old's battling a life altering illness. Kaydee, co-founder of Project Sol Flower, knew the power of having dreams, goals, and experiences to look forward too. She loved to make bucket lists. She instinctively used this as a coping tool while she fought a four year battle with Ewings Sarcoma, a rare pediatric cancer. She lived her days this way, so did Kylie, another impactful soul who embraced this mindset and lifestyle. And to be honest, working in pediatric oncology and hospice, I have seen first hand what these moments can mean.  It was inspiring to see the power of it.  In my opinion, this mindset and future focused thinking helped them fight, stay positive, but also be intentional about their days and relationships. It truly changed the way I think about my life. It shaped the way I do my job as a Child Life Specialist, and who I am as a person and how I strive every day to live my life.   I would be grateful for your support towards my Colorado Gives campaign, no amount is too small. As a community we can make amazing things happen, sprinkle in some incredible memories, and live the way we all hope to live- working towards happiness, love and checking off our bucket list items, whatever that means for you.
