Imagine being part of a community that feels overlooked, underserved, and even under threat, from neighbors, from the government, and from institutions that are supposed to help. Navigating unfamiliar systems, facing complex challenges, and struggling to find reliable information, especially if you don’t speak the language, can be overwhelming.
Right now, communities across Colorado are facing information gaps that put them at risk. But you can help close those gaps.
Your generosity can help ensure that every Coloradan has access to trusted, culturally relevant news and information from known and respected members of their own community. From breaking down critical policy changes to sharing life-saving information during emergencies, these outlets ensure that no one is left behind, especially amid the current climate of rapid and often disruptive change.
When you support the Colorado Ethnic Media Exchange (CEME), a collaboration of about a dozen outlets, you are strengthening a network of long-standing Spanish-language, Black, Asian, and other minority-focused publications that have delivered trusted news to Coloradans for decades.
With the support of leading organizations like Colorado Media Project, COLab, Colorado Press Association, and Rocky Mountain Public Media, CEME strengthens ethnic media outlets' ability to deliver essential news and information to Colorado’s diverse communities.
Your support can make a real difference. By donating to CEME, you’re helping to keep these newsrooms strong and resilient and ensuring that every Coloradan has access to the trusted information they need to thrive—especially at this critical time.
