GWHS Food Pantry

GWHS Food Pantry provides access to food, hygiene, and other necessities to students and staff at George Washington High School. We are currently serving approximately 50 families per week and have approximately 100 unique visitors to date in the 2024-25 school year. The Pantry is open every Wednesday during the school year (excluding holiday break times). Additionally, during Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring & Summer breaks we offer break baskets. Our mission is to support our Patriot families with food scarcity needs. We believe it is challenging to learn when hungry and hope to bridge the gap for weekends and evenings for our students & staff. This year, we also hope to add a second distribution day each week to reach a broader section of those in need.
