The Community Treehouse

The Community Treehouse has become the vital place in the last 5 years for our families to connect, co-work, receiving support, and feeling a part of their community.  

Our mission centers on providing a nurturing space where families can thrive together. Through play and support groups, mental health programs, parenting classes, and a co-working space that allows parents to work while their children play, the Treehouse has become a place for families to grow, connect, and find support. 

Though the Treehouse is rooted in Bayfield, CO, our community has grown to include families from Durango, Ignacio, and Pagosa Springs. The love and support from these neighboring areas show just how meaningful our programs are to families across the region.

Over the past two years, the Treehouse raised over $10,000, and this year we aim to double that amount to meet upcoming challenges. Working alongside Pine River Shares and Pediatric Partners, we're negotiating our lease with the Bayfield School District, which may result in our rent doubling in 2025.
