Our goal this year is to raise funds to purchase tools and a rolling storage cabinet to store them in.
These tools are for the students to use to build sets and props not only for this year's show, but for future shows too! We want to have multiple sets of basic power/construction tools so that multiple students can work on the projects at the same time. Having a strong, locking, rolling cabinet would help since we currently do not have a work space and need to make our "work shop" mobile.
Any additional funds raised will go towards the production to help with costumes and other logistics.
Several classes/clubs at Dunstan also contribute to the production, hundreds of students and community members attend the show, and we do a matinee performance specifically for the 5th grades of our feeder elementary schools. It's a huge project, and it's a huge part of Dunstan's traditions and reputation.
