Support Parent to Parent of Colorado

Many of you know my personal journey that began years ago. Fast forward almost 14 years later and who would of known our strength could be a beacon of hope for other families in CO. My son's were diagnosed with ASD and a global delay at the age of 3.5 years old, I honestly did not realize how much my life was about to change! Through all the years of intervention, therapies, challenging behaviors and tears, came awareness, independence, and a true respect for all the little and big AHA moments. As I cheered for both boys to succeed and become the wonderful young men they are today, I set out on my own to find guidance, education, and support that would help me as a mom and a educator/provider along the way. Through organizations such as Parent to Parent I'm able help other families  navigate through their own journeys, assist with finding resources and gain additional support when needed.
