Elevated Denver is leading the way in transforming how we solve homelessness. We are catching people before crisis, creating sustainable change by identifying and addressing the root causes of homelessness.
Homelessness in Denver has reached record highs, not due to a lack of resources but because accessing help is complex and often inaccessible to those in need. We bring together lived experts - those who have experienced homelessness - with local leaders, and service providers in Collaboratories to develop innovative solutions.
This summer, our first Collaboratory created the Neighborhood Peer Navigation Hub to connect those on the brink of homelessness with critical resources, mental health support, and guidance to help them stabilize and thrive.
