The FNDcourage Retreats, held at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado, are truly one-of-a-kind experiences designed specifically for individuals with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and their care partners. In 2024, FNDcourage proudly hosted two unique retreats—one for teens and one for adults—offering an unparalleled opportunity for connection, learning, and support. There is nothing else quite like these retreats, making them a cornerstone of community and empowerment for those navigating life with FND.
In 2025, FNDcourage will continue its tradition of hosting transformative retreats:
📅 Teen Retreat: June 1–4
📅 Adult Retreat: September 4–7
These in-person retreats, rooted in the principles of the FNDcourage online course, are built to foster community and healing for individuals with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and their care partners. They provide a rare and powerful opportunity to connect with others, learn, and recharge in a supportive environment.
Your support makes these life-changing retreats possible. Contributions directly offset costs and sustain future retreats, ensuring accessibility for all participants. Donations fund:
🌟 FND-specific educational materials and presentations
🧘♀️ Mindfulness, yoga, art, and music workshops and activities
🍽 Brain-healthy meals prepared by a dedicated retreat chef

We know the financial burden FND can place on individuals and families. By keeping retreat costs low and providing scholarships, we aim to make these experiences accessible to as many people as possible.
With your generosity, FNDcourage can continue offering these one-of-a-kind retreats, bringing hope, community, and healing to more individuals and families affected by FND.
