Just as Covid was ramping up, I started my work at Habitat Vail Valley. Prior to Covid, owning a home may have required some finagling of finances but it was within reach.
Over the next four years, housing prices have climbed and Habitat's work has become more critical. I have been able to meet so many hardworking locals who helped build their homes and are now Habitat homeowners.
