Spartan was surrendered to Ho-Bo Care needing urgent medical attention. The family failed to bring him to a vet when he was loosing weight, not eating, and having bloody stool. Spartan weighs 36 pounds as of now and he should probably be in the 75-80 range. We are working hard to figure out what is causing this or if it is just a serious case of neglect.
