My goal is to raise $1000 for The Right Step, Inc., an adaptive riding and horsemanship program in Littleton. This program's mission is to improve humans' lives through the immeasurable power of horses. This program helps children and adults with disabilities, veterans, people in sobriety recovery, and people in assistive living and memory care facilities gain confidence, physical strength, language fluency, leadership skills, and much more through riding and interacting with horses. 

From now through Colorado Gives Day (Dec. 10), all donations made through the Colorado Gives site are boosted by an incentive fund that increases the value of each donation. It's a great time to give!

$1000 will help The Right Step buy a truckload of hay to feed our hardworking horses for about a month.

This program is important to me because it makes me happy. It gives me a sense of achievement and independence.
