The GW Landscape Committee includes parents, parents of alumni, students and community members who are dedicated to making the grounds at George Washington High School greener and more beautiful. Founded in 2007, the organization is proud to have planted over 120 trees on campus and created the school’s appealing north gateway entrance. The group hosts GW’s annual Go Green day in addition to numerous volunteer days each season. Through the years, the group has engaged hundreds of volunteer students, teachers, alumni, staff and community members, who have dramatically improved the campus landscape. Our mission is to make the campus more welcoming and lovely each year. For more information go to: https://www.gwhsgroundscommittee.com/.
Donations go towards purchase of supplies and tools, including trees and other plant materials for the school.
