  • Facilitate early intervention which prevents crisis' before they escalate
  • Reduce stigma & encourage open discussions about mental health
  • Promote help seeking behavior
  • Tailor resources to the community's specific challenges
  • Increase community engagement, value, and connection
  • Reduce feelings of isolation
  • Wider access to available resources
  • Maintain high awareness levels & sustainability

Outreach plays a pivotal role connecting people with our programs. We already have relationships with more than 300 nonprofits that serve Northern Colorado, 250+ local businesses, plus national, state, and regional agencies across healthcare, faith, veteran, and other priority populations. We have reduced the suicide rate in Larimer County by 25.6% in the last few years with our amazing partners!

We imagine a world with zero suicides and that's where you come in. We know we need continue to connect with more people, and when we can take suicide prevention to them we remove barriers.

Our priority populations higher suicide rates are due to a variety of social, psychological, biological, and systemic factors that they may share with many others in their cohort. One way that we can reduce the risk is by raising awareness of the challenges for each group.
