Newcomers Fund

Thank you for your interest in the Newcomers Fund. 

Since December 2022, over 40,000 people have arrived in the Greater Denver region after traveling from South and Central America. The city of Denver, the state of Colorado, and many local nonprofits have stepped in to welcome them and provide necessary services. For those individuals and families who intend to make their home here in Colorado, there are continued needs that our community can rally together to help address.

The Newcomers Fund supports local nonprofits that are providing one-to-one, direct support for new arrivals by offering food and clothing and connecting people with legal and housing support. These organizations are also creating a safe environment where newcomers feel welcomed, valued and supported.

Thank you for considering a gift to the Newcomers Fund. Support from individuals, families, corporations and foundations makes a real and positive difference to those who are rebuilding their lives in a new place.
