Details: As Roger's niece, he changed the trajectory of my life. His belief and principals influenced me as a latina and low income student push through adversity to complete my undergraduate and graduate degrees, explore the world, and serve as a U.S. Diplomat. This scholarship fund is to give back to the Pueblo Hispanic Education Foundation and the community that helped me pay for my undergraduate degree. May his memory live on through those well-deserving students who receive this scholarship and place them on a path to achieve their dreams.

The purpose of this scholarship fund is to create opportunities for low income, minority students enrolled full-time in a business related degree. As Roger's purpose transcended his time on earth, this scholarship fund will empower low income students to overcome adversity and achieve.
