$750,000 goal

Help us purchase studio equipment and furniture to fill the new Community Art Education Center. We need to raise $750,000 for things like kilns, forges, work tables, printing presses, and so much more. Please consider a recurring donation - every donor who gives $1,000 will have their name on the donor wall... that's $42/month for two years. We can do this!

Studio Arts Boulder has the rare opportunity to build a 12,000 s.f. center for community art education in Boulder County. There’s no facility like it in Colorado – where all ages and abilities can access ongoing, hands-on classes in five studio art mediums: ceramics, glass, woodworking, blacksmithing, and printmaking.

Designed by Barrett Studio Architects, and located along a highly-visible gateway corridor in Boulder, the new building will be a showcase.

In addition to five main teaching studios, it will include:

  • An outdoor gathering plaza for neighbors, students, and visitors to come together
  • Sculpture pads throughout the surrounding neighborhood
  • Gallery & event space for studio art exhibitions
  • A rooftop terrace with Flatiron views
  • Energy conservation with daylighting and rooftop solar

IT'S AN EXCITING TIME. STUDIO ARTS BOULDER HAS TAKEN THE FIRST STEPS TOWARD A BIGGER, BOLDER FUTURE. HELP MAKE IT A REALITY - PLEASE DONATE NOW!
