Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Do you remember what it was like doing group projects in school? Maybe it’s just me but I remember there was always one person frustrated getting stuck with more work, it was hard to align different ideas, and there was always doubt about people following through on their commitments. Turns out successful groupwork at any age is an actual science with evidence-based theory and tools. (Where was that class in school?)
