DEAR FRIENDS AND FAMILY,
For fourteen years, Local Theater Company has discovered, developed and produced new American plays and offered exceptional literacy-based arts education in public schools. I could not be more proud of this vibrant and growing company.
You'll hear this a lot this season but it's painfully true: arts organizations need support. Companies like Local bring joy, catharsis, critical thinking and freedom of thought to our community spaces. We push boundaries and welcome ALL.
My birthday wish is to raise $2500 for Local Theater Company by Dec. 15th so they can keep doing what they do and GROW. If you can give, please do. And please share. Maybe this will be the year we all take a field trip to Colorado and experience a play together? Or perhaps they will come to a city you are in....
