Weld Elves does an amazing job at their toy drives and receiving donations throughout the year to purchase the gifts for children during the holidays that would not otherwise have any gifts to open. All of those gifts need to be wrapped, so NOCO Missions has come alongside Weld Elves to provide the wrapping paper.
