Vision: To be the leading global youth organization that provides fair and equitable, social & mental health, education and athletic opportunities resulting in the development of the whole person.

BLACKHAWKS GOAL

• To enhance the fundamental skills of all Blackhawk participants using our qualified, certified, and dedicated coaches.
• Promote community involvement by encouraging everyone in the Blackhawks Organization to get involved in community events, activities and be a part of the positive change.
• Developing a winning culture that promotes positive attitudes, good sportsmanship, and personal development.
• Build strong work ethics in our youth to teach them the personal accountability and responsibility it takes to excel at being a student athlete.
• Introduce nutrition education, mental and physical health support, and wellbeing opportunities to every student athlete.
