We are more than just a organization. WE are a FAMILY!!!

In 2010 we started an all-girls club competitive basketball program to address the non-existence of competitive basketball for young girls in our community. 

Vision: To be a self-sustaining elite program that dominates the local circuit and establish a national presence on the girls basketball circuit. 

Mission: To cultivate a competitive basketball environment for young girls that fosters a winning mindset and builds lifelong resilience and teamwork

Strategic Plan:

Accessibility - ensure financial restraints do not prevent girls from participating 

Skill development - offer high quality coaching and training that enhances basketball skill, IQ and physical conditioning 

Personal growth - focus on self-esteem, resilience, and leadership through the sport of basketball 

Community engagement - create a supportive and inclusive community where players, families and coaches collaborate to celebrate and overcome challenges 

Diversity and inclusion - all girls regardless of background or financial status have the opportunity to engage in the sport and benefit from its positive impact 

This matching grant will allow us to contiue to open doors and create more opportunity for participation, help purchase equipment & uniforms. 

The community support is imperative for our program to grow and sustain.
