Mission Arvada of The Rising Church is more than just a day shelter. It’s a safe haven for individuals experiencing homelessness in our community—a place where they can find not only shelter, but also hope, dignity, and the resources needed to rebuild their lives.

 What We Provide:

• Essential Services: Nutritious hot meals, clothing, showers, laundry facilities, and a place to rest for those in need.
• Navigation and Support: Assistance with finding housing, employment, healthcare, and social services, helping people take critical steps toward self-sufficiency.
• Compassionate Care: Our staff and volunteers provide guidance, support, and a listening ear to individuals struggling with the daily challenges of homelessness.
• On-Site Partners: Mission Arvada collaborates with various organizations that offer specialized services directly at our facility. Visitors can access medical, dental, and eye care or connect with a therapist to discuss mental health concerns, all in one convenient location.
• Extreme Weather Shelter: Beginning this year, Mission Arvada will open its doors to provide emergency shelter during Colorado’s harsh winter nights. When temperatures drop dangerously low, we will ensure that no one is left to face the cold alone.
• Community Food Pantry: Our food pantry is open to all individuals and families in our community who are experiencing food insecurity. We currently serve approximately 10,000 people each year, and the number keeps growing. With your support, we can continue to meet the increasing demand and ensure no one in our community goes hungry.
