Help me raise money for reproductive rights!

I support Colorado Doula Project (CDP) because they are an organization I know and trust. Every day, they provide funding, travel support, rides, meals, and the support of trained doulas to people seeking abortions in Colorado.  CDP also provides free reproductive resources like condoms and emergency contraception.

The CDP founders recognized a gap in reproductive services offered within Colorado: while folks theoretically had access to clinics and funds, no organization within the state provided the practical support—rides, meals, a place to stay, and emotional support...

My role at CDP is a driver, often picking clients up at the airport to take them to a local hotel. I have welcomed women from states that have taken away their right to work with their doctor and family to make their own decision about their body; from states that call them criminals and seem to want to drive them into poverty. I just can't stand that kind of disrespect.

Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, CDP went from serving 100 clients per year to an expected 1,200 this year. So far they haven't had to turn anyone away, but it's getting harder and harder to keep up with the need. Our clients need us.

How about $120? It provides a year’s worth of shipping costs for reproductive resources like condoms and emergency contraception, all free to our clients.

Or $25? It would provide a post-abortion care basket with items like nausea supplies, pads, and toiletries (for clients who are traveling for their abortion).
